Due to the nature of handmade and original artwork, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with any issues, please contact me within 30 days of delivery at mckennavankoppen@gmail.com with photos and a description of the problem.

All custom or commissioned pieces are made specifically for you and are non-returnable and non-refundable. I do my best to communicate throughout the process to make sure the final piece meets your expectations.
